Competence Requirements

• Preferred Secondary, NTC certification holder from related CNC/Fabrication industry.
• Preferably with 2 years of related work experience in manufacturing environment for non-technical trained staff.
• Able to read part drawing, usage of measuring equipment are added advantage.
• Computer competency.

Responsibilies:

1. Provide Technical support and update customers on project development timely.
2. Communicate and coordinate with customers and relevant parties pertaining to technical requirements and engineering aspect of the assigned projects.
3. Plan, monitor and control all assigned projects are delivered within the given schedule.
4. Work with inter-departments to ensure commited schedules are met.
5. Assist to prepare and compile contractual quotation for existing and new products as per customers' enquires.

• Act as primary customer contact, and provide technical support and regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.
• Communicate and co-ordinate with clients and relevant parties pertaining to the technical requirements and engineering aspects of the assigned projects.
• Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the project specifications, client's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their project execution.
• Provide expertise and advisory support to enable operations are effectively and responsibly execute, and consistently maintain, quality workmanship and conformance to design and project specifications, and good manufacturing / engineering practices.
• Plan, monitor and control projects from the receipt of orders through to installation / completion at the customer's site. Additionally to review and competently controlled the completion of project within the allocated budgets and schedules.
• Responsible for getting project acceptance by customers.
• Lead the cross-functional project team and work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
• Participate in the implementation of risk assessment and risk control of medical devices.

Competence Requirements

• Preferred to have NTC / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with 3 – 6 years of related experience in which 2 years of involvement with project management in a contract manufacturing environment.
• Preference will be given to those who have experience working with multi-discipline project teams in a manufacturing equipment or system integration environment.
• Working knowledge with precision machining / assembly processes is an advantage.
• Able to work effectively with customers according to deadlines and under pressure-filled conditions.

Primary

1. To Provide primarily support at production department.
2. Assist superiors in prepare and compile reports.

Job Description:

1. To perform packing of goods accordingly to work instructions/shipment requirement.

2. To perform and control store general admin data entries and ensure proper store admin duties (if any requirement) of (Standard Operations Procedure- SOP).

3. To receive daily in-coming goods/stock and perform all inventory management include all inventory/stock data entries.

4. To assist in store administrative duties and general paper filing includes store general packing duties.

5. To assist superior in any ad-hoc store general admin from time to time.

Requirements:

Min. Primary/Secondary level with computer literacy (Microsoft office).

Physically fit and able to perform counting.

Sheet Metal/Welding/Debur/Laser/Benching/Polishing/Assembly

1. Ensure all productions, fabrication work is done with acceptable quality by daily monitoring includes inspecting according to specification, procedure and applicable standards in your core department as assigned.
2. Understand all technical specification and standard compliance and ability to handle troubleshooting project production correction.
3. Co-ordinate, communicate with all member/department even carrying out inspection of all the production/welding/assembly and associated actions in accordance with the approved production/Welding Procedure Specification, drawings and Company Specification and requirements.
4. Co-ordinate and liaise with Production/Welding etc personnel to ensure that all inspection stages complying to inspection and test plans on material or structure.
5. Witness and verify all production/assembly/tests include reinstatement etc. and prepare reports after such report/ tests are conducted.
6. Verify product identification through material verification inspection and periodical random checks on site.
7. Responsible in executing directives as set forth for production Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives in term of quality control/assurance of all production, fabrication works/projects.
8. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic production, assembly, welding calibration of test, measuring and tools include all documentation, procedure qualification records accordance to customer specification and code.
9. Manage and supervise a team of production, welding, assembly / technicians in meeting departmental quality goals and production schedule.
10. Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs and Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all production/welding/sheet metal/assembly processes.
11. Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
12. Review / prepare, administer and implement production Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.

3. To maintain good production/fabrication Quality house-keeping -5S and ensure all production/fabrication Quality practices are in accordance to A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time.
4. To maintain good workplace health and safety rules and regulations compliances at all time in production/workplace.

Administration

1. Ensure safe custody of production/fabrication management administration documentation recording and updating.
2. To co-ordinate and human relation working attitude with all production/fabrication and department fellow team and others department pro-actively and team-work at all time for QC inspection targets and timely update/delivery.

Competence Requirements

• Preferred NTC 2 / Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Perform production programming, fabrication measuring tools/equipment.
• Certified with welding certification by American Welding Society, Certification Welding Inspector, Certificate of CSWIP 31 or AWS-CWI will be advantage or equivalent
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of related experiences in welding capacity in production/fabrication structural manufacturing.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and reading symbols.
