About The Role
The main primary responsibility will be growth. This role isto manage and develop sales activities within Singapore.
1.Job Scope
• Identify and prospect new business/clients viasales/cold-calling and sales activities.
• Generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and salesclosure.
• Responsible for delivering expected sales revenue targetand profitability.
• Attend to customers feedback/ complaints and follow upwith high-quality after sales services.
• Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaisingclosely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems,or issues are deal with appropriately.
2.Requirements
• Min 2 years of experiences across freight forwardingindustry (experience in Sales / Business Development will be considered withpriority).
• Sufficient knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air &Sea).
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target.
• Strong business development skill with proven track recordin hunting of new accounts.
• Proper reporting in timely manner about sales activity
• Have relevant experiences on operation work in Air orOcean operation department would be at advantage.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
