We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our food production team.
Job Scope
• Manage and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC systems
• Conduct quality checks, audits, and inspections across production processes
• Maintain accurate documentation (CCP logs, traceability records, batch records)
• Ensure full compliance with SFA regulations, Halal requirements, and food safety standards
• Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
• Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent product quality
Requirements
• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, Halal, and SFA compliance requirements
• Able to read and communicate in English and Chinese
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
