Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure our cable harness assemblies and E boxes meet the highest standards. The role involves performing continuity, insulation, and visual tests, recording inspection results, and supporting documentation for quality control records.
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Salary: $2000 - $2500 (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Inspect cable harness assemblies and E boxes to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
Perform continuity, insulation, and visual inspections to verify product integrity
Accurately record inspection results and maintain QC documentation
Follow established test procedures consistently to support quality assurance processes
Prepare and maintain documentation for QC records to ensure traceability
Maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive inspection tasks to ensure consistent quality
Preferred Competencies & Qualifications
Experience in quality control or cable harness fabrication
Knowledge of ISO or IPC 620 standards
Patience and meticulousness in performing inspection tasks
Willingness to undergo training provided for the role
