Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and management of food safety (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance programmes across the Central Kitchen and outlets (local and overseas).
• Conduct training for staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling practices.
• Support QA testing programmes and new product development initiatives.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Investigate feedback from customers, outlets, and Central Kitchen, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across all operational sites.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors on maintenance and compliance matters related to food safety and QA.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant QA experience in the F&B industry (e.g., central kitchen, manufacturing, or inspection environments).
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on sheet metal components and finished products
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and tolerances
• Conduct dimensional checks using measuring instruments (e.g. vernier calipers, micrometers)
• Identify defects and non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation
• Work closely with production teams to improve quality processes

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience in quality control / inspection within sheet metal fabrication
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding)
• Ability to read and interpret technical / engineering drawings
