Your Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in driving daily store operations, leading the team on the floor, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll support the Store Manager in ensuring the store runs efficiently, meets sales targets, and stays true to our brand identity. From mentoring team members to executing product drops, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding customer service
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Executive to join our rapidly expanding company.

Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, the successful incumbent will be involved in a full suite of Procurement functions. This is a sole contributor role.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

-        Process purchase requisitions and issue Purchase Orders

-        Liaise with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules

-        Compare quotations and support cost evaluation

-        Track order status and ensure on-time delivery

-       At least 2-3 years’ working experience in strategic sourcing procurement in the Telco industry and familiar with mobile telecommunications network equipment.

Position: Warehouse Assistant

Work Week& Shift: 5 days & 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)

Location: West& East Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the assigned logistics works, e.g., receiving goods, inspection, pick & pack, inventory control, etc., following Standard Operating Procedures / Instructions given / etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as required by Standard Operating Procedures /instructions/etc.
• Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
• Maintain accurate records of stock that has been stocked and report to customer service/superior if any stock relocation/cargo is not found during picking
• Verify all incoming shipments are accurate by comparing the invoice/packing list to the order, and ensure all goods are in good condition when received. Marking on incoming documents if discrepancies/damage are found and report to the Supervisor/Customer service immediately.
• Verify all outgoing shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing List to the order and ensure all goods are correct before release to the transporter/driver/export container
• Manage and handle shipping, loading, and unloading of goods
• To ensure all stocks are correctly captured/recorded in the system
• Accurate in picking/packing, weight, and cargo dimensions is taken
• To ensure smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipments
• To ensure cleanliness/housekeeping/tidiness of the warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order/conditions
• Any ad-hoc task assigned
• Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury/property damage

Salary range: $2200– $2700

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to lead and deliver procurement activity across the Compass South East Asia (SEA) business in Singapore & Hong Kong, ensuring robust category execution, cost optimisation, supplier performance and compliance. The Procurement Lead will inspire and motivate their team by creating a high-performance culture, embedding a true procurement mindset, and striving for procurement excellence across every aspect of their team’s activity and delivery. The role operates as a player–manager, with the majority of time focused on hands-on procurement delivery, supported by a smaller strategic contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate the procurement team to plan, develop and execute procurement activity that delivers the KPIs and year on year improved sustainable commercial results.

• Lead collaboration, alignment, and structured interaction with all functions; operations, culinary, finance, HSE and IT to drive performance and delivery together.

As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the warehouse operation, quality control, and team management aspects of our wholesales and material division. Job Description:
*Cooperate and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and delivery team, ensuring adherence to warehouse working quality is up to standards.
*Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance in the warehouse department.
*Collaborate with the operations team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to industry packaging standards.
