Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from oversea vendors/suppliers
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the enquiry
• In charge of operational purchasing needs such as planning and issuing Purchase Order

• Actively participate as a key member of the ACE team in driving RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives using Power Automate and Power Apps to automate manual processes and achieve higher operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory turnover, reduce carrying costs, and minimize obsolescence risk to support sustainability goals.

• Undertake any ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in inventory planning, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.

• Strong knowledge of SAP MM module and hands-on experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, evaluating quotations, selecting suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to meet operational needs
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable contract terms, and high service quality
• Develop and sustain strong supplier relationships to support reliable supply chains
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to prevent operational disruptions
• Conduct market research and benchmark suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities

The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient operations, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation, while supporting continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full shipping and order fulfilment process
• Work with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve inventory and fulfilment processes
• Implement inventory control processes to reduce stock-outs and overstocking
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, suppliers, and customers on shipment matters

Requirements
