Information Technology team - Singapore

IT Service Management Support provides A&O Shearman (AOS) with an initial point of contact for providing first and second line resolution for IT support calls, requests and reporting. The team manages requests for new services and liaises with other areas of IT to resolve issues with existing systems and hardware.

What you will do

The Senior IT Analyst acts as an ambassador for IT, is responsible for handling requests and incidents as well as providing operational technical support along with occasional training to all customers within A&O Shearman, but predominantly for the Singapore office. • Prior experience in Level 3 (L3)Compliance Officer roles is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, KYC standards, and risk-based approaches.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.

The Cybersecurity Analyst supports client’s cybersecurity by monitoring systems, managing alerts, and aiding in risk management and response coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM systems.
• Assist with management of SIEM, PAM, AV, EDR, and Web Proxy systems.
• Support user and privileged account management, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with vulnerability scans and compliance tracking.
• Analyze phishing emails to identify threats.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Distribute and track cybersecurity advisories.
• Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from cybersecurity agencies.
• Handle internal RFIs related to security incidents.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity operations
• Good to have SIEM, PAM, AV, EDR, Web Proxy
