The Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities for a period of 6 months across various sectors. 

The programme aims to support fresh graduates, with no prior working experience, from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions), amid uncertainties in the economy. • Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible.
• Familiarity with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud migration, containerization, and modern infrastructure technologies.
• Experience supporting transportation, payment, or AFC systems.
