4.     Provide administrative support to the BIO MFG department, including but not limited to:

a.     New BIO cleaner employee on boarding administrative processing.

b.     Sourcing and purchasing cleaning aids, tools, production related items.

c.      Consumables inventory management such as raising shopping-cart, goods delivery schedule.

d.     Perform service confirmation for BIO MFG department.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Min. Nitec and above
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge in Manufacturing consumables management.
• Knowledge in GMP environment will be an added advantage.

Process and review medical and non-medical claims within policy guidelines and turnaround time.

Handle pre-authorisation and Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests.

Liaise with policyholders, hospitals, clinics, and internal teams for claim documents and clarifications.

Follow up on payment failures, refunds, overpayments, and claim reprocessing.

Prepare claim letters, update records, and maintain billing statements.

Resolve claim enquiries, disputes, and billing issues professionally.

Prepare basic reports, claim statistics, and meeting notes.

Support system testing, process improvements, and ad hoc duties.
