Product Manager

Reporting into the Sr. Product Manager, the Product Manager will drive the strategic direction of GBG’s Predator and Instinct fraud detection platforms. With strong product management experience, you will own the roadmap, shape prioritisation decisions and long-range modernization phases, and bridge the gap between customer needs, engineering capabilities, and commercial objectives. You will champion the voice of our banking and fintech customers while navigating the complexities of incremental platform modernization.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the GFS product roadmap across tactical and modernization workstreams,
• Deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and market trends to influence product decisions and strategy.
• Engage directly with banking and financial services customers to capture pain points, validate priorities and translate these into actionable product requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Experience Designer to join our team and shape intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences. This role involves designing user flows, interfaces, and interactive elements that enhance usability and delight users across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, information architecture, and interactive elements for seamless navigation.
• Create micro-interactions and motion designs to provide engaging visual feedback.
• Develop visually appealing and functional interfaces for websites, applications, and digital platforms.
• Produce graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Select color palettes and typography to optimize readability and hierarchy.
• Build wireframes and prototypes (low to high fidelity) to visualize and test design concepts.
• Ensure responsive and accessible design across devices and screen sizes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as an Experience Designer, Product Designer, or in a related role.
• Advanced training, or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing UX/UI and visual design work with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product, Tech, Data, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Solid knowledge of product design processes and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated systems thinking, teamwork, leadership, and successful project delivery in agile environments.

Job Description:

• Serve as Product Owner for the digital Lombard lending platform, defining and prioritizing the product backlog while ensuring scalability, robustness, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and guide a cross-functional agile team, fostering self-organization and aligning delivery with business objectives and value creation goals.
• Apply deep expertise in Lombard lending (e.g., LTV, collateral valuation, margin calls, stress testing, risk-based pricing) to shape product requirements and ensure accurate system behavior.
• Drive Agile delivery using SAFe/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI planning, and retrospectives, with clear KPI tracking (velocity, defects, cycle time).
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and risk management standards, embedding compliance and fair dealing principles into the product lifecycle.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and user-centric design to enhance client advisory, risk monitoring, and lending decision processes.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in financial services (private banking, wealth management, or credit), with strong knowledge of Lombard lending and collateral-backed financing.
• Proven Product Owner experience with expertise in Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of credit risk concepts, including LTV, haircuts, collateral eligibility, concentration limits, and margin risk management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills across business and IT teams.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with strong leadership, adaptability, and commitment to quality and compliance

Responsibilities:

· Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, written and/or verbal instructions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components.

· Performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair. Identifies and corrects errors.

· Observes all safety standards. Maintains a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment. Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices. Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept. Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly. Actively strives to prevent accidents and injuries.

· Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies, subassemblies and components. Enters data on computer terminal, such as progress, work expense and labor details. May perform computer programming, repair or software installs.

· Details finished work. Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects. Troubleshoots and improves processes and involved in test.

Requirements:

· Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field

· Experience in production testing, QA, or manufacturing environment preferred

· Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures

· Familiar with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, functional testers, etc.)

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
