Shape workplace culture, influence business success, and drive meaningful people initiatives within a leading multinational organisation. What You'll Be Doing
- Partner closely with business leaders to support workforce planning and people strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Drive and enhance HR policies, processes, and programmes to strengthen operational effectiveness and employee engagement
- Manage a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation support
- Provide trusted HR guidance and practical solutions to managers and employees on day-to-day people matters
- Review HR data and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decision-making
- Lead and participate in employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture
- Contribute to HR transformation projects, process enhancements, and regional people initiatives
- Support programmes focused on employee well-being, development, and overall employee experience
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships across different levels of the organisation
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
