• Conduct effective user engagement sessions and ensure solutions are designed with end-user needs at the forefront.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in similar capacity, with demonstrable expertise in agile delivery methodologies.

• Have strong portfolio showcasing hands-on project management success, with consulting, software development or design experience.

• Technical competency in low-code and high-code development environments within medium to large-scale software projects.

• Possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with proven ability to influence decision-makers and pitch innovative ideas.

• Prior experience with co-sourcing delivery approaches and familiarity with Singapore Government Technology Stack will be valuable.
