Job Description

a) To report to the Manager or team leader as shown in the organization chart. He/she is responsible for the assigned or related project tasks and responsibilities.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Study and fully understand the ISO requirements, technical drawings, scope, contractual requirements and sub-contract agreements. Work with the consultants to resolve technical issues prior to construction.
• Submit to superior for feedback and concurrence on short or medium-term programmes and execute the works according to the detailed programme.
• Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements. Managing the works with excellent housekeeping is a key focus.
• For quality management, the engineer is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities’ requirements.
• Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has serious time and cost impacts shall be avoided.
• Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Mininum 2 - 5 years' experience working in construction industry
• Preferably with HDB experience

Job Summary

The C&S Engineer is responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of civil and structural works for construction projects. The role ensures that all structural elements are designed and constructed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and review civil and structural works, including foundations, substructures, and superstructures
• Prepare and check structural calculations, drawings, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with architects, M&E engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of works
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on technical matters
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Assist in submission of plans and documentation to authorities, including Building and Construction Authority
• Address and resolve design and site issues in a timely manner
• Support tendering, cost estimation, and procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil and structural works in Singapore
• Familiar with local codes of practice and submission procedures
• Proficient in engineering software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAFE) and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel design
• Good understanding of construction methods and site coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform security duties at assigned posts and areas within the company property.
• Be vigilant always, monitor people/crowd and property to maintain security and safety for all.
• Respond to all emergencies and alarms.
• Active participation in handling/managing potential safety hazards including fire alarms, emergency situations, bomb threats and building evacuation.
• Respond to first aid incidents and apply effective first aid skills for visitors.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary school education.
• Attained PLRD Senior/Security Office Grade.
• Experience in Security / Construction industry is an advantage.
