JobDescription:
· Responsible for Huawei enterprise networking products after-sales support and network solution reviewing.
· To lead the project implementation, management, and troubleshooting of critical virtualized infrastructure in public, private and hybrid cloud environments.
· Require to provide low level network solution/design to office/channel partner/key account customers.
· Require to work closely with customers, engineers and regional/HQ team to address and track end-to-end project issues.
· Require to work under minimum supervision to complete tasks assigned in fast-paced environment with tight schedule and with dynamic project teams which include scoping and creating technical documents (SoW, operational guide, infrastructure documentation, etc.).
· To stay abreast with new technologies and product updates by regularly participating in new product education and technology training.
· Require to provide guidance and implementation for hardware and software delivery and upgrade.
· Require to be able to present technical solution professionally and have technical training for channel partners and customers.
· Require to prepare implementation, rollback plan, call a review meeting and execute configuration requests, and network emergency handling.
· To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in in computer science/engineering/telecommunication or related discipline.
· Minimum 7 years of working experience for networking designing and maintenance. (Proficient in STP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN,Multicast, IPV6, QOS, VXLAN).
· Experience in after-sales support within the FSI industry and involvement in data center migration projects is required.
· Hands-on experience with network infrastructure technologies, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and SDN system integration.
· HCIP, CCNP, or other equivalent or higher-level networking certifications are required.
· Knowledge of IT servers and storage technologies would be an added advantage.
· Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies.
· The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned.
· Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
