• Support production and quality departments in troubleshooting processing and quality issues related to plastic parts

• Monitor and track progress on program activities and provide timely customer support

• Update tooling activities, bills of materials, and project review records; follow up on engineering changes

• Coordinate all mold trial activities and design jigs/fixtures with suppliers for secondary processes

• Prepare periodic tool-life reports for customers and perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 3 years relevant experience

• Good knowledge of project management & production process

• Independent, good initiative and able to multitask in fast paced environment

Job:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications that require intensive multithreaded processing. This role is critical in building scalable, low-latency systems for mission-critical applications.

Role:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust Java-based applications with a focus on multithreaded architecture.

• Develop and optimize concurrent algorithms and threading models to improve performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management to deliver high-quality software.

• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and concurrency issues.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.

• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Hands-on experience in Java software development with at least 2 years of experience.

• Experience with JSF, Hibernate, Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, or distributed systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with tools such as JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• This role will need to secure a clearance, due to the sensitivity of the project.
