About the Role

Our client, a reputable educational institution in Jurong West, is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support front-line operations and general administration. This is a contract role starting May 2026, with the option to extend into 2027.

What You'll Do

• Manage the front desk — welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and maintain a professional reception environment
• Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and correspondence to staff, students, parents, and suppliers
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Distribute keys, stationery, and teaching materials to staff
• Assist students with lost items, spare uniforms, and general enquiries; liaise with parents on student-related matters
• Support school events and programmes as required

What We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent

Working Hours
