Hiring Stall Sales Asssistant Manager (Seafood Stall)

1. Able to drive sales and come out with strategic plans to boost overall company sales.

2. Oversee and manage sales team to ensure they achieve sales target

3. Take responsibilities for the entire sales team and provide training whenever needed

4. Maintains high customer service standards;

5. Fluent in speak English and Chinese language;

6. Have relevant experience in the seafood, service & retail industry

8. Good attitude, hardworking and patience

Job Description:

• Sourcing for potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Screening of candidates to ensure candidates are suitable for the role.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Prospect clients and foster long-term business relationships.
• Understand client hiring needs and job requirements.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in any related course of study.
• Candidates with no experiences are welcome as training will be provided.
• Team player and good communicator.

The Job:

• Monitor and follow up on post-employment background reference check for closure with external vendor & internal stakeholders
• Manage all new hire onboarding activities such as profile creation & providing support to new joiners on 1st day enquires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Manage the end-to-end process of daily card access transmission
• Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in all HR systems

The Requirements:

• Min Degree in Human Resource / Business Management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
