Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration, gaining hands-on experience in diverse HR functions within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews to support recruitment activities and coordinate with candidates
• Prepare and manage onboarding and offboarding documents and employee records to ensure smooth transitions
• Maintain and update employee data accurately in HR systems and physical files
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal events to enhance workplace culture
• Draft HR letters and documentation such as employment contracts and confirmation letters with attention to detail
• Perform filing, documentation, and general HR administrative tasks to support daily HR operations

Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources

Recruitment

• Coordinate interviews schedules and liaise with candidates on availabilities

• Represent the firm during campus events to promote internship opportunities

Onboarding Activities

• Plan and organise induction schedules

• Collaborate with other departments to prepare necessary logistics

• Provide assistance during HR induction presentation

• Welcomes new employees on their first day

Additional HR Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and organised HR system

• Assist with letter drafting

• Participate and provide valuable inputs in weekly HR meetings
