We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to manage front desk operations and support retail sales in a professional wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries across walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels
• Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and therapist coordination
• Perform cashiering duties, including payment collection and invoicing
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and retail products based on customer needs
• Support sales through service recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling
• Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems
• Follow up with customers on appointments, reminders, and retention efforts
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve basic service issues
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the reception and retail area
• Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report shortages
• Assist with daily operations, including outlet opening and closing
• Support marketing activities such as promotions and basic content posting (if required)

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, front desk, or beauty & wellness industry is preferred
• Able to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Confident in recommending services and products
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, booking platforms, Excel, messaging tools)
• Comfortable handling payments and daily sales reporting
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally

HMI Medical Centre is a one-stop day-surgery and multi-disciplinary medical centre that offers quality day surgeries and diagnostic services at competitive private sector prices. We are now looking for a customer service representative to ensure our visitors and patients needs are well-taken care of at our centre.

• Be the first point of contact for all our visitors, which include walk-ins, patients, doctors, and internal staff.
• Perform high-touch concierge services such as but not limited to greetings, visitor registration, escorting, attending to queries, and etc.
• Perform personalised service to all visitors, patients, staff which include visiting doctors.
• Chaperone high-net-worth/ VIPs during their medical appointment.
• Arranging accommodation, transport and medical appointments.
• Creating good experience for the patients and visitors during their time in the centre.
• Handle special projects relating to process improvement, experience enhancement, which will include sourcing of products, implementing new workflow and etc.
• To respond to any feedback relating to the centre, or its service in a professional manner.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills, flexible and able to handle difficult situation when required.
• Must be comfortable being in a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant, Professional, Presentable, and has a Positive attitude.
• Previous experience in working in high-end, luxury concierge service position will be advantageous.
• Candidate with longer experience in the above industry will be considered for senior position.
• Working days: Monday to Friday (office hours), and half day on every alternate Saturdays.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant / Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing offers, and onboarding new hires
• Conduct orientation programmes for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organisation
• Track and manage employee lifecycle movements such as confirmations, increments, promotions, and transfers
• Maintain and update accurate employee records, including HR databases, personnel files (P-files), and other HR documentation
• Handle payroll administration, including timesheet verification and ensuring accuracy of payroll data
• Assist in manpower planning and rostering for external projects
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events
• Administer government-related claims, grants, and funding applications
• Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes for foreign employees
• Support HR reporting and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist and administrative functions

Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills

Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower policies is an advantage

Experience handling work passes for foreign employees

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus

Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
