• Understudy Workplace Safety & Health Officer / Auditor
• Preparation of necessary documents including Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, Risk Management Plan, etc in accordance to bizSAFE requirements;

Responsibilities

• Assemble single-use bioprocessing components for sterile liquid-handling applications in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and technical drawings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Comply with ISO standards and cGMP requirements to maintain quality and regulatory standards.
• Complete required training before performing assigned tasks.
• Accurately document batch records in line with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth operations.
• Handle and store materials properly to prevent contamination or damage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Medical Transcriptionist to transcribe doctors' dictations into accurate diagnostic reports, ensure consistency, identify errors, submit records for approval, adhere to confidentiality guidelines, file reports, and perform other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Listen to the recorded dictation of doctors.

· Transcribe and interpret the dictation into diagnotic test results and reports.

· Make sure the transcription is correct, complete and has a consistent style.

· Identify inconsistencies, error and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care.

· Submit health records to physicians for approval.

· Follow patient confidentiality/guidelines and legal documentation requirements.

· Filing and upload transcribed reports.

· Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

· At least Primary/ Secondary School/ 'O' Level, Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field

· Related working experience in healthcare and understanding of medical terminology/ abbreviations/ jargon will be added advantage

· Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office Advantage
