What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining market data vendor contracts and subscriptions.
- Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Processing invoices and tracking expenses related to market data services.
- Maintaining accurate records of data usage, licensing and compliance documentation.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks, reporting, and database management.
- Assisting with internal and external audits related to market data services.

Who you are
- A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
