1. Ensures highest standard of service delivery to tenants/ customers/ visitors.

2. Handle first level enquires, through incoming calls, email or walk in.

3. Understand tenants/ customers/ visitors needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answer to their queries and concerns.

4. Gather tenants/ customers feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions.

5. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with tenants/customers.

6. Ensure smooth visitors registration.

7. Assist and provides support for tenant events activities in the aspects of registration to ensure events organised by tenants within the building premises run smoothly.

8. Manage car park application include promoting season parking.

9. Coordinating with relevant parties on tenant directory, digital panel, website and TV screen.

10. Maintains and improves service level quality by adhering to standards and guidelines.

11. Attend to urgent cases referred by Building Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct AML checks for all transactions; to make sure that transactions are aligned to the bank’s policy and regulations
• Deal with remittances (MEPS008, MEPS009, MT202, MT103)
• Work closely with clients and various stakeholders

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Foodcourt and Coffeeshop’s Business Units in Singapore and Macau through the development and execution of long and short-term strategies/plans to maximize company profitability and growth

Requirement:

• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of business similar managerial experience, preferably in food courts or chain outlets

• Experience in leasing, tendering for tenancy a must.

• Experience working with statutory boards will be an advantage.

• Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross functionally to support business development activities

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial and operational activities across multiple entities.
