Purpose of the Position

This role will work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Mobility teams, driving the effective execution of recruitment activities and mobility operations across APAC, including group companies.

A key focus of the role is collaboration with Head Office HR as well as global and regional Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure that Head Office, global, and regional frameworks, policies, and processes are consistently and efficiently implemented in the region.

In addition, the role will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes related to employee mobility and onboarding, with a strong focus on execution excellence, cross-stakeholder coordination, and enhancement of employee experience. Role Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – Collaboration and Execution

• Support the planning and execution of end-to-end talent acquisition activities across APAC, including group companies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, support recruitment processes, and ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Head Office and Global HR Interface

• Act as a key point of contact between APAC HR teams and Head Office HR, as well as global and regional COEs, on Talent Acquisition, Learning, mobility, and related operational matters.
• Support onboarding and learning journey of candidates who are coming through internal mobility channels
• Support effective communication, alignment, and execution of Head Office and global initiatives at the regional and local levels.

Role Requirements

This role supports accurate financial reporting, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (including GST), and contributes to month-end and year-end closing processes. This role will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth finance operations, with potential exposure to regional accounting activities where required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Process and maintain accurate records for invoices, receipts, payments, credit notes, and debit notes

• Perform Accounts Receivable functions, including posting of receipts, processing of credit and debit notes, maintaining customer master data, preparing customer statements and letters, and generating AR reports

• Handle Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, payment preparation, and maintain vendor master data

• Prepare and post journal entries, and support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

• Prepare and submit GST filings in compliance with local regulatory requirements

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure systematic filing of financial records

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders to support audits and compliance requirements

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes as required

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies

• Provide support for overseas accounting activities where applicable

• Assist with ad-hoc financial reports and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, including exposure to full set of accounts

• Knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations in Singapore

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

• Able to handle full set of accounts independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in month-end closing and bank reconciliation processes

• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and documentation skills

• Able to communicate effectively and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) is an added advantage
