• Support AI Workforce SSP hunting effort by engaging w/customer contacts, lead qual., and partner co-sell opportunities
• Assist in ME3 & ME5 & ME7 upsell opportunities
• Generate new pipeline and competitive wins for M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio & Agents, ME3, ME5, ME7 and Frontline Worker by delivering impactful AI-powered demos/Art-of-Possible sessions, removing technical blockers, and highlighting Microsoft’s differentiation to secure deals and protect the install base.
• Craft scalable, secure, and modular architectures that align to customer’s enterprise strategy and technical roadmap while embedding security at every level.
• Maintain operational excellence with 100% deal hygiene – capture technical close plans and consumption plans in MSX for every opportunity, attach a partner to every qualified deal, and promptly escalate unresolved technical blockers.
• Continuously upskill to meet role expectations (achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical depth certifications) and contribute to team excellence by sharing at least one deal win/loss insight per quarter and engaging in regular coaching.

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years solution or services sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong business and executive relationships.
• Strong grasp of sales cycles and strategic decision-making.
• Skilled in consultative selling and persuasive negotiation.
• Able to manage and optimize sales pipelines through informed change processes.

1. Analyze Module specifications work with developers to coordinate the work, track the progress of the work

2. Translate business requirements into detailed DevOps solution designs.

3. Building and maintaining automation pipelines and workflows (via CI/CD solutions like Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)

4. Prepare/Review changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc. It covers

configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls & audits

5. Containerizing applications and managing container clusters and registries. Performing root cause analysis on

defects and outages to prevent recurrences.

6. Lead the planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities, minimizing

downtime and disruption to operations

7. Integrating and analyzing application performance metrics and logs using tools like Splunk, Nagios or Dynatrace

8. Handle incident management processes and tools, application monitoring metrics and tooling to generate

reports and take corrective actions

9. Follow standards and best practices to bring operational efficiencies, stability and availability of the system

10. Use continuous delivery practices to evolve and support high-quality software, and bring value to end

customers as early as possible while working in collaborative, value-driven teams to build innovative customer

experiences for enterprise customers

11. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, breaking down barriers for the team and both

planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.

12. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

13. Work with developers to Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the

system can operate correctly & efficiently

Education and Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science

5-10 Years of experience in

relevant area.

Work Experience

Experience implementing

applications solutions in AWS, Azure

Cloud or Private Cloud

Experience in DevOps practices must

possess ample knowledge and

experience in system automation,

deployment, and implementation.

Experience in handling distributed

data systems and container

architecture. Examples: Elastisearch,

Kubernetes, Cassandra, Hadoop, and

others

Experience working with application

monitoring tools such as Prometheus

or Grafana, understand the different

metrics that go with it and can

generate reports and take corrective

actions.

Experience using scrum-based

software development tools like

JIRA, Bitbucket and confluence.
