Construction Quality Activity
1. Oversees all site Structure execution by planning, managing, coordinating construction, commissioning, pre-operation execution strategy and day to day activities. Provide overall technical direction to the Structure construction, Coordinates project execution and planning with the relevant parties, departments, and agencies.
2. Ensure that site document control procedures are being followed and all latest revision Structure documents received, filed, and distributed to concerned parties.
3. Review and ensure sub-contractors detailed overall relevant Structure planning, schedules, manning levels are aligned with company’s expectations.
4. Attend relevant Structure weekly / monthly meetings with sub-contractors, third parties, client and communicate all requirements and concerns related to the project.

10. Review site Structure personnel daily reports for progress, concerns, and mitigations.
11. Review and ensure Structure material delivery is aligned with forecast schedule and coordinate and expedite any shortfalls.
12. Ensure sub-contractor has sufficient work front and provide mitigation plan on those delayed Structure deliverables if any.
13. Review and ensure vendors are mobilized when required as per schedule.
14. Ensure all Structure systems are completed as per priorities and commissioning sequence.
15. Prepare and issue detailed work packs for integration and carry over works.

Communications
1. Maintain good relationship with team members.
2. Interact with internal and external departments including but not limited to engineering, vendors, engineering subcontractor, construction subcontractor and Client.
3. Facilitates communications with functional teams to ensure that issues are identified and incorporated into schedules and execution plan.

Documentation
1. Review / update / produce Construction documents including Best Work Practices for Construction Methodology periodically as appropriate.
2. Review and ensure all Structure engineering and relevant deliverables are being received in line with forecast schedules.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting comparative effectiveness studies across multiple myeloma, non-small cell lung cancer, and ovarian cancer using structured and processed unstructured data from electronic medical records.

The role is particularly suited to candidates with training in biostatistics, epidemiology, health services research, health economics, public health, data science, or a related field, and who have experience working with observational healthcare datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and execution of comparative effectiveness analyses using real-world oncology data
• Develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans for observational cohort analyses
• Apply appropriate methods to address confounding, selection bias, missing data, and other threats to internal validity in real-world studies
• Conduct analyses using methods such as propensity score matching, inverse probability weighting, direct covariate adjustment, difference-in-differences, instrumental variables, and survival analysis

Job Summary

This role will be part of the Group Treasury team, responsible for month-end treasury reporting, derivatives valuation, risk analysis, and Treasury Management System implementation, while driving process improvements and ensuring robust controls over treasury operations.

Job Description

Month end / Reporting

• Explore data analytics and robotic functionalities for month end activity and reporting
• Perform valuations for Derivatives (FX and interest rates) on Reval and Bloomberg including variance analysis
• Investigate rate fixings differences on TMS for loans and derivatives with float component
• Perform hedge effectiveness testing including hedge accounting advisory and derivative Mark-to-Market valuation at month end
• Support the accounting for other financial instruments
• Prepare and provide analysis for liquidity, currency and interest rate risk for financial reporting (once a year)
• Support in the analysis and preparation of Treasury report and Risk report
• Prepare and analyse foreign exchange and interest rate forecast for Group budgeting purpose

Systems

• Support the implementation and enhancement of treasury management system for overseas Business Units
• Lead implementation of Cash Accounting and Payments capabilities for Business Units on new treasury management system
• Provide support for system changes and related testing
• Perform user acceptance testing for new scenarios in treasury management system
• Provide guidance to team members and other business units on new treasury management system related matters
• Host training sessions for team members and other Business Units
• Provide support for system data migration (static and trade data)
• Update treasury management system User Guide
• Maintenance of static data in the treasury management system
• Streamlining payment process including developing a strategy for payment architecture
• Lead collaboration with other implementation project teams for system integration and dashboarding
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to support end-to-end forecasting system implementation

Policies and procedures

• Recommend and implement improvements to current treasury processes
• Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
• Optimisation of payment infrastructure, bank fees optimisation and bank account rationalisation 
• Daily treasury operations including review of deals, confirmations and settlements prepared by front office
• Recommend process improvement initiatives to increase team's productivity and efficiency, reducing time spent and manual interventions whenever possible

Key Qualification

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; Big 4 background preferred
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in treasury accounting and financial reporting, including derivatives and hedge accounting
• Strong understanding of FX, interest rate and liquidity risk with exposure to risk analysis and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems, including implementation, UAT and process automation
