Straits Retail Property Management Services currently manages Paragon and The Woodleigh Mall within its portfolio. The Group Marketing Communications team is responsible for driving mall loyalty programmes, international marketing, and partnerships, and works closely with individual shopping mall marketing counterparts and other stakeholders to jointly achieve business and marketing objectives. 

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven International Marketing and Partnerships candidate to grow and manage strategic and innovative partnerships that drive customer engagement and acquisition for our shopping mall loyalty programmes. This role will focus on identifying, securing and activating partners that enhance the value proposition of the programmes, increase member acquisition, shopper footfall and spend through impactful and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 

Partnership Development & Member Acquisition

• Identify, evaluate and secure strategic partners including but not limited to banks, financial institutions, hospitality, lifestyle and payment gateways to support the growth of our mall loyalty programmes and/or amplify the awareness of our shopping malls

• Develop a robust calendar of partnership opportunities and corresponding collaboration frameworks for domestic and key target tourist markets

Key Responsibilities

•  To lead the team of HSE Coordinators and HSE Supervisors on site.
•  Provide advice in all aspects of safety to the Project Team.

Understanding guests’ needs and requests and provides them with personalised solutions for hotel offerings and Singapore-specific activities and attractions. He/she will also be responsible for any luggage and parcel handling from a guests or an external soure.

MANAGES ALL GUEST SERVICES TASKS (CONCIERGE / POTERAGE / DOORMAN)

• Supervises and participates in the activities of the personnel in charge of handling and safe keeping of all

incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage

• Welcomes all guests, promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities, and provides directions and

suggestions to the surrounding areas

• Ensures the smooth running of the hotel entrance and driveway operations by performing all tasks in

adherence with the code of ethics as accordance by Pullman Singapore Orchard

• Accommodates all guest needs and requests, anticipating needs, and creating memorable experiences

through personalized service

• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guest about the property and the surrounding area

amenities, including special events and activities

Knowledge and Experience

· Certificate realted to customer service or hospitality

· Minimum 1 year relevant experience with Concierge or Guest Services

· Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language
