About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry to oversee and execute high-quality residential and government projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing low to mid rise buildings, landed housing (especially bungalows), government tenders, and a track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary site teams. Project Introduction

Project Overview (NSC N111Project)
The North-South Corridor (NSC) N111 project is a major infrastructure development comprising approximately 2.76 km of dual 3-lane carriageway, including 1.28 km of tunnel works and 1.13 km of viaduct structures.

This project offers a unique opportunity to gain integrated experience across both tunnelling and elevated viaduct construction under Singapore LTA standards.

Following a recent extension of time, the project is expected to be completed by end-2029, providing candidates with

a minimum of 3 years of stable project exposure.
