Job Description
· Administer travel arrangement such as booking of air ticket, hotel reservations and transportation.
· Process and tracking of company’s vehicle, road tax renewal, insurance, letter of undertaking, summon.
· Coordinate food and beverage logistics
· Handle purchase of office stationery, pantry supplies and office furniture; and printing of pre-printed forms, letterheads, envelopes and name cards
· Maintain corporate mobile subscription and bill tracking.
· Ensure the office cleaners carry out daily and scheduled cleaning chores.
· Liaise with outsource party on the services including security, cleaning, transport, utilities etc.
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by managements.
Job requirements
· Minimum Diploma or equivalent
· Preferably with 1 - 2 years of working experience
· Has initiative and a positive learning attitude
· Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
· Detail orientated and meticulous
