Job Title: Account cum Admin Assistant (ID1480)
Location: Gul circle
Working Hours: Monday- Friday : 8.15am - 5.45pm
Salary: $2800 to $3200

Job Responsibilities:
• Updating ledgers, transactions daily
• Preparation of Statement of accounts for Debtors
• Assist with some HR records
• Handle AP/AR
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Responsibilities & Duties：

Record purchase invoices in the Infotech accounting software daily

Issue progress claim sales invoices monthly

Monthly bank reconciliation

Preparation and submission of GST reports on a quarterly basis

Prepare monthly salary for the staffs

Prepare Financial statements such as Balance sheet and P & L

Requirement:

Able to work independently and a team player.

Knowledge of Info -Tech accounting software will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin will be added advantage to liaise with Mandarin
speaking associates.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize task.

. Daily AR function which include keying and update of the entire DO

· Responsible for providing supports to accounts department

· Perform sorting, filing and scan documents, documentation work

· Handling in-comings calls

. Handle general administrative duties

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and claim
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
• Assist in payroll and bank reconciliation processes
• Coordinate office administration and documentation
• Manage office supplies, filing, and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities regarding taxation and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• at least 1 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
