MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative, budgeting and coordination support to the Engineering department. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth departmental operations, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supporting project budgeting, costing and expenditure tracking activities.
· Provide administrative support to the Engineering department.
· Coordinate departmental activities, meetings and communications.
· Maintain departmental records, reports, databases and filing systems.
· Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets and cost estimates.
· Track project expenditures, budget utilisation and cost variances.
· Maintain budgeting and costing records and generate periodic reports.
· Liaise with Engineering, Project, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Finance teams on budget and project-related matters.
· Support project administration, including documentation, progress tracking and coordination activities.
· Assist in data analysis and report preparation to support management decision-making.
· Perform other administrative and budgeting duties as assigned.
MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting or related discipline.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration, budgeting, costing or project coordination.
· Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or semiconductor environment will be an advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
· Good organisational, analytical and communication skills.
· Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
