About the role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary (Executive & Senior) to join our growing team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate secretarial matters across multiple jurisdictions including Singapore, Hong Kong, and offshore entities. What you will do

• Manage end-to-end corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of Singapore, Hong Kong, and offshore (BVI, Cayman, etc.) entities
• Prepare and file statutory documents, annual returns, resolutions, and board papers in compliance with the relevant Companies Acts and regulatory requirements
• Maintain statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records accurately and up to date
