• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and preparing reports, memos, and other administrative documents as required.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payment vouchers, and related documents, and support basic accounts administration for audit and finance purposes.
• Assist in organizing company events, staff activities, and welfare initiatives.
• Support recruitment and HR administrative functions, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding processes, and applicant communication.
• Promote workplace safety, health, and environmental practices while ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
