• Good leadership and people coordination skills with hands-on operational involvement.

• Memantau prestasi proses dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah kawalan proses.
• Menjalankan analisis punca utama untuk masalah berkaitan proses dan melaksanakan tindakan pencegahan.
• Menyokong pengenalan produk baharu (NPI) dengan membangunkan proses dan parameter pengeluaran yang sesuai.
• Memastikan proses pembuatan mematuhi piawaian kualiti dan keperluan keselamatan syarikat.
• Menerajui inisiatif penambahbaikan berterusan seperti projek Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen atau Six Sigma.
