The Talent Acquisition Intern within Third Bridge is a paid, full-time opportunity. You’ll receive formal classroom and hands-on training through shadowing and coaching, which will help you hone your stakeholder management, professional communication and team collaboration skills.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, this is a key strategic role within Third Bridge. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of error handling specialists, POS Conversions, Error Resolution, Pricing Discrepancy processes overseeing shift rosters, providing coaching and training, documenting processes, analyzing data, and driving process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance, and mentorship to the error handling and proactive resolution team. Work on ad hoc requirements.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, and Customer Support to communicate order errors, and insights. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address order issues and proactive resolutions to drive product improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Overall 3-5 years of work experience and in-depth knowledge of Proactive and Error Resolution processes
• preferable leadership experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or a related field.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Controller to join our dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will lead the Business Controlling team in management reporting (MIS), budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role also includes cross-functional collaboration and the use of digital tools for automation, insights, and enhanced decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Financial Controlling

• Lead in month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensuring efficient cash management

• Supporting projects which will lead in simplifying performance management and also ensure that the long-term objective of the organization is achieved.

Required Skills:

• 9 - 11 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, or similar role.
