Description:

The APAC Head of Digital & Performance Marketing is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering the regional, multi-brand digital marketing strategy across APAC markets for Hitachi Cooling & Heating, Bosch Home Comfort and YORK. The role leads a regional team and coordinates closely with country organizations, regional marketing teams across and beyond APAC, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective digital visibility, demand generation, customer engagement, and partner enablement.

The position owns the multi-brand regional digital ecosystem, including websites, SEO, digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, digital asset management (DAM), product information management (PIM/PMM), analytics, and marketing technology platforms. Note : This intern role provides fundamental support focused on data management and does not involve handling complex investigations or critical reports. 

Qualifications :

Age: 18 years or older 

Availability: Minimum 3 months; 6-12 months preferred

Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Language: Good written and spoken English.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email).

Personal Attributes:

• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
• Willingness to learn and follow structured procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple basic tasks and timelines.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
