Mengenai peranan

Sebagai Penyelia Projek (M&E) di Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd, anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam menyelia operasi harian projek pembinaan mekanikal dan elektrikal (M&E) di tapak kerja kami yang berpangkalan di Pulau Pinang. Jawatan sepenuh masa ini memerlukan kepimpinan yang kukuh, kepakaran teknikal dan komitmen untuk memastikan kejayaan penyampaian projek pembinaan yang kompleks.

Apa yang akan anda lakukan

1. Menyelia dan menyelaras kerja kru pembinaan M&E, memastikan pematuhan kepada pelan projek, jadual dan protokol keselamatan
2. Berhubung dengan pengurus projek, arkitek dan pihak berkepentingan lain untuk memastikan komunikasi yang berkesan dan penyelesaian isu yang tepat pada masanya
3. Pantau kemajuan kerja, kenal pasti potensi masalah dan laksanakan tindakan pembetulan untuk memastikan projek berjalan lancar
4. Memastikan kualiti pemasangan dan kemasan M&E memenuhi piawaian yang diperlukan
5. Menjalankan pemeriksaan tapak, mengurus inventori bahan, dan menyelia penyelenggaraan peralatan dan kelengkapan
6. Memberikan bimbingan teknikal dan sokongan kepada kru pembinaan, memupuk persekitaran kerja yang positif dan produktif

Apa yang kami cari

1. Minimum 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai penyelia tapak atau mandur dalam industri pembinaan, dengan tumpuan kepada projek M&E
2. Pengetahuan teknikal yang kukuh tentang sistem M&E, termasuk pemasangan, pengujian dan penyelesaian masalah
3. Kebolehan membaca dan mentafsir lukisan pembinaan, spesifikasi dan dokumen teknikal yang lain
4. Kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah dan membuat keputusan yang cemerlang, dengan keupayaan untuk bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi tarikh akhir
5. Kemahiran kepimpinan dan komunikasi yang kuat, dengan keupayaan untuk mengurus dan memotivasikan pasukan dengan berkesan
6. Kemahiran menggunakan perisian dan alatan pengurusan pembinaan
7. Lesen memandu yang sah dan keupayaan untuk pergi ke tapak projek mengikut keperluan

Tanggungjawab Utama

Pesanan Pembelian (PO):

• Membantu dalam mengeluarkan semua pesanan pembelian kepada subkontraktor dan pembekal untuk bahan dan perkhidmatan yang diperlukan.
• Memastikan barangan dibeli mengikut Permintaan Pembelian (PR) yang diluluskan.
• Mengemas kini dan menyelenggara senarai induk PO setiap hari.

Pengurusan Pembekal:

• Rundingkan harga dan terma dengan pembekal untuk mendapatkan tawaran terbaik.
• Membantu dalam mendapatkan sebut harga, membandingkan harga dan memastikan keberkesanan kos.
• Sediakan dan selenggara senarai hubungan pembekal yang terkini.

Pemantauan Pesanan & Penghantaran:

• Jejaki status pesanan dan garis masa penghantaran untuk memastikan penerimaan bahan dan perkhidmatan tepat pada masanya.
• Membuat susulan dengan pembekal mengenai penghantaran yang belum selesai dan menyelesaikan percanggahan.

Dokumentasi & Rekod:

• Membantu dalam mengekalkan rekod barang yang dibeli, butiran penghantaran dan invois yang tepat.
• Memastikan pemfailan dokumen perolehan dalam format salinan lembut dan salinan keras dilakukan dengan betul.

Sokongan Pentadbiran:

• Membantu dalam hal-hal penyelenggaraan pejabat am dan pentadbiran.
• Mengendalikan panggilan telefon dan menerima surat apabila kaunter penerimaan tetamu tidak tersedia.
• Terima dokumen dan tandatangan untuk penghantaran.

Kerjasama Pasukan:

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan pembelian untuk memastikan aliran kerja yang lancar dan menimba ilmu tentang proses perolehan.
• Memberikan sokongan ad-hoc kepada ahli pasukan mengikut keperluan.
• Menjalankan sebarang tugas berkaitan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan dari semasa ke semasa.

Kelayakan & Kemahiran

• Diploma/Ijazah dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Rantaian Bekalan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Kemahiran rundingan dan komunikasi yang kuat.
• Berorientasikan perincian dengan kebolehan organisasi yang baik.
• Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) dan sistem perolehan.
• Kebolehan untuk bekerja secara bebas dan sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan.

Kebolehan membaca, menulis dan bertutur dalam bahasa Mandarin selain Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu, bagi memudahkan komunikasi dengan pembekal dan memastikan keterangkuman.
