Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products and services.
• Setting of appointments with prospective clients.

Requirements:

Remuneration:

• Part-Time Rate: $13 to $20 per hour
• Full-Time Rate: Negotiable if performance is good

Working hours & location:

• Flexible hours and work schedule (8 hours per day)

Job Summary

As a Telemarketer at New Era Advisory, you will expand our client base by connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and follow-up communications to generate leads
• Communicate New Era Advisory’s mission and training program benefits clearly to prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact details, feedback, and follow-up actions in the database
• Schedule meetings or consultations between potential clients and the sales team to advance sales opportunities
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and sustain interest in our programs
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
• Collect and report insights and feedback from prospective clients to improve outreach strategies and offerings

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
