In this role you will:

A.  Accounts Responsibility:

·    Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

·    Perform daily accounting & finance duties includingreceivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliationetc.

·    Prepare monthly financial and management reports formanagement.

·    Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger.

·    Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

·    Support audit and tax queries.

B.  Admin Responsibility:

·    Reporting to Sales Manager.

·    Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

·    Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

·    Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

·    Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

·    Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

·    Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

·    Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

·    Basic accounting skills.

·    Computer skill such as MS Office.

·    Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and technical issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system with timely and professional support
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, hardware, network, and application layers using structured root cause analysis
• Maintain and update technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs to support knowledge sharing and efficiency
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and fixes; provide feedback to improve product quality
• Support customer onboarding, including product setup, configuration guidance, and best practices
• Stay updated on product knowledge, tools, and industry trends through continuous learning
• Ensure all support cases meet defined SLA response and resolution timelines

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, routing, switching, and common network protocols
• Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
