Overview

Our client, a leading global financial markets and trading technology firm, is seeking a Trade Desk Associate to join its Singapore-based FX operations team.

This role supports a 24x5 low-latency electronic FX trading platform used by global banks, buy-side institutions, corporates, liquidity providers, and prime brokers. The role

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for advising on and selling aftercare services for existing installations. To strengthen customer relationships and increase revenue, the Customer Support department focuses on services such as maintenance, inspections, upgrades, service contracts, and training.
