The role

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for advising on and selling aftercare services for existing installations. To strengthen customer relationships and increase revenue, the Customer Support department focuses on services such as maintenance, inspections, upgrades, service contracts, and training. Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Organise and prepare project files and documentation
