• 售前询价与报价支持：配合售后服务中心市场经理，负责接收并评估客户需求；针对各类余热电站及水泥窑设备备件、检修维保服务进行准确的内部询价与成本核算，并高效、专业地制作商务报价单。
• 订单全生命周期管理：全面负责“询价-报价-发货-收款”的全流程订单追踪；细致地进行所有订单文件及资料的编辑、登记、更新与归档，确保业务闭环。
• 客户关系维护与拜访：根据业务需要，能够出差拜访区域内的项目业主，维系良好的客情关系，积极挖掘并响应客户的售后服务及备件采购需求。
• 总分公司协同与资料管理：负责中材节能中国总公司与马来西亚子公司以及售后服务中心之间的业务文件往来、资料翻译、编辑整理及汇报工作，确保两地信息无缝对接。
• 服务中心日常运营：协助处理售后服务中心内部的各项日常运营及行政支持工作。

任职要求：

• 学历要求：应届毕业生，全日制大学本科学历（硬性要求），工程、机械、商务或相关专业背景优先。
• 语言能力：精通中文、英语和马来语，听、说、读、写流利，能够将其作为日常商务谈判及对接中国总公司的工作语言。
• 背景要求：男性，华人背景优先。

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at RUBINO INDUSTRY SDN. BHD. Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, this full-time role will play a crucial part in driving sales and expanding our presence in the stone processing industry.

What you'll be doing

• Actively identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities in the stone processing industry
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients
• Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to win new business
• Collaborating closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the stone processing or a similar manufacturing industry
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a commercially-minded approach
4. Technical understanding of stone processing and related products and services
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
6. Degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience

RM3,000 – RM10,000 (Basic + Commission + Incentives)

Mon–Fri: 9:00AM – 5:30PM | Sat: 9:00AM – 1:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations

Present products and negotiate pricing

Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions

Maintain strong after-sales relationship with clients

Close deals and achieve sales target

Prepare weekly sales reports

Requirements:

Mandarin speaking is required

Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia

Minimum 1 year experience in outdoor sales / B2B sales preferred

Possess own transport and valid driving license

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
