• Assist in reviewing and improving operational processes related to infrastructure support, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities with vendors and internal teams to evaluate emerging technologies and support digitalisation initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to align infrastructure solutions with organisational and operational requirements.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness and promote adoption of new IT initiatives across stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in IT infrastructure coordination, project coordination, IT operations, or stakeholder management.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts such as networking, virtual machines, data storage, and data centre operations.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing and communications activities across Singapore and ASEAN markets. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth through digital marketing, events, content development, CRM management, and sales support activities. 

Key Responsibilities 

Marketing Communications 
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. 
• Create and manage marketing collateral, brochures, flyers and presentations. 
• Support corporate communications and internal communications initiatives. 
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. 

Digital Marketing 
• Manage and update the company website, landing pages, and digital content. 
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM  
• Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and monitor engagement. 
• Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and lead generation. 
• Track and analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement. 

CRM & Lead Management 
• Manage customer databases and marketing contact lists.

Events & Exhibitions 
• Coordinate and manage trade shows, seminars, webinars, customer events, and training sessions.

Requirements
