Job Description:

• Lead and manage the M&E team to ensure delivery of all M&E systems
• Coordinate with other departments (C&S, Architectural) to integrate M&E systems into the overall building design and construction
• Ensure that all M&E installation adhere to safety standards, building codes, and client specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control on site, ensuring that installations and systems comply with approved designs.
• Ensure all M&E-related documentation, such as test reports, method statements, and compliance certificates, are accurate and up to date
• Act as the primary contact for M&E-related queries from clients, consultants, contractors and project team
• Provide regular updates on M&E project progress, issues, and resolutions to senior management and clients
• Attend project meetings and ensure that M&E progress is accurately communicated to all stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues related to the M&E scope and implement strategies to address them proactively.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of all M&E systems, ensuring they operate as designed and are fully functional.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, recognized by the PE Board
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity in building construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades
• Good knowledge of Local Code/Regulation pertaining to M&E services and building construction
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues quickly and propose counter measures to settle the issues
• Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks put in his charge
• Good leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR operations, coordinating quarterly focal point meetings, agendas, and documentation
• Manage and enhance HR communication channels and regional contact databases for effective information flow
• Provide administrative and project support to HCM team, including complex scheduling and stakeholder coordination
• Serve as primary liaison for regional HR focal points, resolving escalated operational matters
• Standardise and improve HR processes, templates, and workflows across the region
• Consolidate and validate regional HR data, including headcount, organisational structure, and key metrics
• Manage HR data systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data
• Prepare and present periodic HR reports and insights for senior management
• Support compensation and benefits initiatives, including benchmarking (with focus on Singapore) and salary structure reviews
• Lead regional HR projects aligned with the HCM strategic roadmap
• Coordinate regional talent development programmes and track progress and outcomes
• Oversee regional training initiatives, including planning, logistics, and risk management
• Drive post-programme evaluation and share best practices across subsidiaries
• Support succession planning through data consolidation and talent insights
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives for regional HR stakeholders
• Support adoption and optimisation of HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Udemy)
• Assist in implementing performance management frameworks and HR policies
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain HR governance documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably within a regional or multinational environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
• Experience in compensation and benefits benchmarking and salary structure review
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data management and reporting
