A. Senior Resident Site Staff with Degree in Architecture (hereinafter referred to as “SRA”)

1. Strategize, oversee and coordinate the overall quality assurance and quality control processes, including enforcement & inspections activities.

2. Liaise, coordinate and cooperate with Other Consultants to resolve on-site design and technical/coordination issues in a timely manner.

3. Carry out the proper and full-time site supervision work for the satisfactory construction and completion of all building works including but not limited to architectural and interior design (ID) works, all in compliancewith the specified requirements in the contracts between the Employer with the Contractor (which includes any subcontractor whether nominated or privately engaged by the Contractor), and in accordance with the relevant building authorities’ rules, regulationsand requirements.

5. Review and assign week to week work schedule for the entire site team including ID, Façade, C&S and M&E. Organize with assigned Site Staff/ RTOs to ensure all site diaries and inspection records are kept, consolidated& filed weekly.

6. Liaise with the Other Consultants to ensure that Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical queries from the Contractor are responded in a timely manner.

7. Review contract documents and drawings and highlight if there are any discrepancies between these documents. All discrepancies shall be brought to the attention of the Other Consultants concerned.

8. Seek clarification from the SO/SOR/SORA on any apparent discrepancies between site and contract drawings, specification requirement, approved shop drawing, CSD and room book, etc. before giving any directions to theContractor.

9. Organize the information gathering and compilation, and render assistance to the Other Consultants in the review of the Contractor’s Claims.

10. Report regularly on the overall project status, assist with the preparation of the Certificate of Stage Completion, Progress Reports, design coordination, buildability and quality issues.

11. Review Contractor’s works methodology, remedial details and material submissions and ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

12. Ensure checking & approval of shop drawings, catalogues and samples by the Design-Site Team are executed in a timely manner.

13. Liaise with the Contractor in resolving site installation problems. All problems on site shall be referred immediately to the Other Consultants.

14. Monitor the Contractor’s installation works against the construction programme. In the event of delays, the SRA shall assist the Contractor to mitigate delays but without compromise on quality.

15. Review all Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and coordinate with Employer in handing over of the works/MEP installations to Employer’s assigned maintenance staff.

16. Attend meetings & working sessions as required by the SO/SOR/SORA.

17. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing design, shop, construction and cocoordination drawings are properly recorded, collated and filed.

18. Check the accuracy of all RAOV/RFI to ensure they are recorded, costed and issued appropriately, including all necessary clarification with the QS on the extent of changes.

19. Be able to explain to the Employer when necessary the reasons for the RAOV/RFIs.

20. Check and review the Contractor’s site progress in line with the Other Consultant’s instructions. Conduct site meetings with site staff for updates and coordination of works at specified intervals.

21. Ensure that daily activities are recorded and or any other form of records as required to facilitate the works, are properly maintained on site by site staff.

22. Ensure issuance of defects list and monitor/supervision progress of rectification works are executed.

23. Conduct site check in conjunction with the Employer & Project Managers in assessing dispute claims & variation orders by the Contractor, when necessary.

24. Ensure that the Contractor records accurately on drawings, the installation works on site. This is to ensure that the as-built drawings reflect accurately the work that has been done on site.

25. Verify that all constructed works are in accordance with drawings approved by the relevant authorities prior to any such authorities’ inspection.

26. Ensure compliance with widths of all escape routes, stairs, handrails, doors.

27. Ensure compliance to the fire safety standards governed by the Code of Practice for Fire Precautions in Buildings issued by the Singapore Civil Defence Force.

28. Ensure compliance to the relevant Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment as governed by the Building and Construction Authority in Singapore.

29. Assist the Contractor to organise formal inspections required by the relevant Authorities.

30. Ensure that all comments/non-conformance issued by the relevant authorities are addressed and rectified on site within two weeks of receipt.

31. Ensure that all installation works are in accordance with approved methods, and material used is in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.

32. Witness tests carried out by Contractor and record the results, and assisting in testing and commissioning of all works / MEP systems.

33. Attend meetings & working sessions as required by the SO/SOR/SORA.

34. Ensure the accuracy of and endorse on as-built drawing.

We are looking for a Test Engineer - Software (AI) who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of AI-driven software systems through structured test planning, execution and automation. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to validate AI system designs, identify issues early, improve testing efficiency and ensure AI-driven solutions meet project goals through effective technical execution and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Test Design & Coverage

• Design and maintain effective test plans and test cases based on product requirements and system architecture

• Identify critical test scenarios, edge cases and failure modes across functional, integration and performance layers

• Contribute to risk-based testing strategies to ensure optimal test coverage

White-box & Developer Collaboration

• Work closely with developers to understand code design and contribute to unit and white-box testing

• Support developers in improving testability, code coverage and test design

• Review code and test implementations to ensure quality and maintainability

Test Execution & Quality Assurance

• Execute end-to-end testing across APIs, application workflows and embedded systems

• Validate system performance, stability and reliability under different usage scenarios

• Investigate, reproduce and track defects; partner with engineers to drive timely resolution

AI driven Software Solution Validation

• Design test inputs, prompts and datasets to evaluate AI system behaviour.

• Validate the outputs for accuracy, consistency and robustness using defined evaluation criteria.

• Perform regression and scenario-based testing to ensure stable model performance across releases.

Test Automation & Tooling

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for regression and feature validation.

• Contribute to automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

• Build tools or scripts to improve testing efficiency, repeatability and coverage.

Collaboration & Engineering Practices

• Work closely with software and AI engineers to understand system design and provide early quality feedback.

• Contribute to improving test frameworks, coding standards and engineering best practices.

• Produce clear test reports, metrics and insights to support release decisions.
  

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related software engineering field.

• Min. of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with proven hands-on experience in planning, designing and conducting software testing on AI related products.

• Strong understanding of unit testing, white-box testing and code-level validation.

• Proficiency in programming (e.g, Python) with experience writing testable and maintainable code.

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g, Pytest, Selenium or similar).

• Experience testing APIs and backend systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g, Git).

• Basic understanding of AI/ML systems or strong interest in AI testing.

• Strong debugging, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, fluency in Chinese is a plus for effective interaction with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

• Candidates must meet legal requirements to work in Singapore without sponsorship.

This role leads the global product strategy and roadmap for Razer’s PC gaming mice, with a strong focus on driving innovation, product evolution, and market relevance. The successful candidate will translate deep gamer insights into clear product specifications, champion the user experience, and work cross-functionally to bring high-performance products to market. Ideal candidates are experienced product leaders with a passion for PC gaming—particularly FPS titles—a strong technical background, 8+ years of product management experience, and proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Serve as the strategic owner and subject matter expert for one of Razer’s PC Gaming peripherals categories, driving the global product roadmap and long-term category vision
• Lead the development of product strategies by leveraging deep market insights, competitive benchmarking, and evolving user needs to ensure sustained category growth and relevance
• Oversee the full product lifecycle — from ideation and feature evolution to phase-out planning — ensuring the portfolio remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with brand objectives
• Champion the voice of the gamer, translating user feedback and market trends into compelling product requirements, defining the Product Requirement Specifications (PRS) and end-to-end user experience for each product
• Act as the central product lead, collaborating closely with Engineering, Industrial Design, UX/UI, Marketing, and Quality teams to bring high-impact products to market on time and on budget
• Drive internal alignment and influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver premium user experiences that reflect Razer’s brand and performance standards

Pre-Requisites :

• Passionate gamer with a deep understanding of PC gaming culture, especially within FPS or competitive genres — able to intuitively anticipate gamer needs and preferences
• Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related technical discipline, with at least 8 years of experience in end-to-end product management
• Prior experience managing high-performance hardware or gaming peripherals (e.g., mice, keyboards, accessories) is a strong advantage
• A curious, data-informed mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to prioritize features, assess trade-offs, and make sound, data-driven product decisions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across global stakeholders and drive alignment from concept through commercialization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to influence across all levels, from engineering teams to senior leadership

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients through regular follow-ups and identification of potential new orders
• Prepare and manage client quotations, lead negotiations, and finalize contract agreements for sheet metal solutions
• Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Represent the company at Singapore industry exhibitions to promote company capabilities and expand market presence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Over 3 years of proven business development experience in sheet metal or machining within Singapore manufacturing industries
• Proficient knowledge of sheet metal processes and familiarity with Singapore manufacturing standards
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to facilitate collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and colleagues in China
• Experience in Southeast Asian markets is advantageous
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, communication, resilience under pressure, and independent business development capability
