• Ensure that administrative processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations.

主要職責

• 與中小企業、企業客戶和主要利害關係人建立並維護牢固的關係。
• 在政府、GLC 和 PLC 合約網路中尋找並尋求融資機會。
• 全面負責客戶入職流程－從申請到付款。
• 針對德國商業資本的各種融資解決方案，提供量身訂製的財務諮詢服務。
• 與內部團隊合作，確保高效處理、準確報告和客戶滿意度。
• 代表 Commerze Capital 出席業界活動、交流會和商業論壇。
• 為實現公司銷售目標和業務成長目標做出貢獻。

要求

• 商業、金融、行銷或相關專業的學士學位。
• 2-5 年客戶關係管理、中小企業銀行或 B2B 銷售經驗。
• 具備中小企業融資、供應鏈或貿易相關金融產品的紮實知識。
• 優秀的溝通、談判和表達能力。
• 積極主動，以結果為導向，既能獨立工作也能團隊合作。
• 精通馬來語和英語（口語和書面）。
