RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Manager, IT plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Service Excellence

• Round-the-clock monitoring and maintenance of the System (hardware and software) to ensure system uptime in accordance to SLA commitments
