The Role
We are looking for a Senior Creative to join our growing team. This role is for a thinker and maker who can generate bold ideas, solve creative challenges, and bring strong concepts to life with clarity, craft, and cultural relevance.
As a Senior Creative at UNTOLD, you will:
- Lead the development of creative concepts for campaigns, activations, and brand experiences
- Translate strategy into compelling creative narratives, visual directions, and storytelling frameworks
- Crack briefs with strong creative thinking and work with the team to shape ideas that are original, relevant, and executable
- Work across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and F and B brands, from ideation through to execution
- Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and producers to bring ideas to life across channels
- Present ideas confidently and articulate the thinking behind the work
- Support the development of creative toolkits, brand playbooks, and cross market assets
- Mentor junior team members and help raise the creative standard across projects
You Are
- A strong creative thinker with sharp conceptual instincts and the ability to turn insights into compelling ideas
- Visually driven, with a strong sense of storytelling, taste, and craft
- Deeply curious about culture, from fashion and design to emerging digital trends
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment where ideas evolve quickly
- Confident in presenting ideas and explaining the rationale behind them
- Able to balance ambition with practicality, shaping ideas that are both exciting and realistic
- Ready to lead concept development and contribute meaningfully to the creative direction of the team
Qualifications
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a creative, art direction, or concept driven role
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and multichannel campaign work
Bonus if you have experience in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or culture led brands
