Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety & Health Coordinator / Junior Safety Officer to oversee, implement, and maintain occupational safety and health standards across our workplace. 職位概述

• 參與中小企業或跨國公司審計專案的規劃、監督、協調、執行和分配。
• 領導團隊從頭到尾參與IPO或PLC審計專案。
• 積極建立、維護和加強內部和外部關係，執行保證程序
• 在審計經理、高級經理或總監的監督下工作，協助執行審計工作並向客戶報告審計結果。
• 負責監督和管理對客戶的服務，包括制定審計策略和業務計畫、設定預算、安排審計。

職責和責任

• 參與中小企業或跨國公司審計專案的規劃、監督、協調、執行和分配。
• 領導團隊從頭到尾參與IPO或PLC審計專案。
• 識別並溝通審計問題和改進機會，與經理和合夥人共同解決審計過程中發現的客戶問題。
• 具備紮實的會計和審計原則（例如MFRS/IFRS/MPERS/CA 2016和ISA）、品質控制標準和技術實施程序方面的知識。
• 與客戶公司各級員工建立並維持良好的工作關係，以提高客戶滿意度並加強客戶關係。
• 維持並遵守最高的專業操守、客戶保密原則和個人行為準則。

要求

• 擁有會計或金融學士學位，或具備全部或部分專業資格證書者優先考慮。
• 資格證書（MICPA、ACCA、ICAEW、ICA、ICAA、CPA(A) 或 CIMA）
• 至少3年相關外部審計經驗
• 具備電腦操作能力，熟練微軟辦公室軟體的使用。
• 熟悉 ProSystem fx Engagement 將會是一大優勢
• 擁有上市公司審計經驗和MFRS合規性的經驗者優先考慮。
• 自我激勵，態度積極，具有強烈的專業追求，並樂於指導和激勵他人。
• 注重細節，致力於提供高品質和高精度的產品。
• 較強的領導與管理能力
• 具有團隊合作精神、溝通能力和人際交往能力
