About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping and laundry operations
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities meet hotel standards
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation
• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members
• Handle guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly
• Monitor inventory, linen usage, and housekeeping supplies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
